Do you provide certified translations?
Absolutely! Our translations are carried out by professional translators and are equivalent to those of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which means you can submit them to any public authority.

Do you issue an Apostille stamp?
Translation agencies do not issue the Apostille stamp; we note that the stamp precedes the translation.
An apostille is affixed by the public service that issued the certificate.
As a translation company, we can translate the existing Apostille that you have received with the public document
Do you undertake proofreading of translations?

What types of files do you support?
We support a wide range of files, from simple Word, Excel, and Open Office files to Desktop Publishing files (InDesign, FrameMaker, etc.), image files (jpg, png, etc.), and Web files (htm, html, xml, json, yaml.)
How can I find out the cost of a translation?

Please note that we cannot give you a quote via telephone as the cost of a translation depends on a combination of many factors, such as the language pair, the delivery deadline, as well as the type of files to be translated.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Urgent translations usually take 1-2 business days. However, we can accommodate 1-2 pages of English, French, and Spanish. Contact us at +30 210-4402019 to see how we can assist you!
What is the procedure I need to follow?
The steps for the delivery of the translation are as follows:
1. Cost and time calculation: You can send us the text you want translated via email, through our contact form, or alternatively, bring it directly to our office so that we can give you an estimate for the cost and the delivery date.
Once we agree on the above:
2. Confirmation and prepayment:
– For individuals: When assigning the translation electronically, full payment of the amount is required.
For translations that you pick up from our office, a prepayment is required upon assignment, and the balance is due upon collection of the translation.
– For businesses: You will need to send us the signed quotation that we have sent you and make a prepayment for the translation to begin
The translation process:
– Translation and proofreading: We undertake the translation of the text, its proofreading for accuracy, and quality control.
– Completion and delivery: You can pick up the printed translation from our office, or we can send it to you electronically via email. Upon payment of the remaining balance, the service receipt will be issued. If needed, we can also send you the printed translation by regular mail or courier, with an extra charge
